Liquid Voxels does edit mode checks to determine if the main components of the simluator are available (iVoxelComms) etc.
This has been mostly implemented.
New regions, plugins and such can be added but it doesn't go through existing regions and update the plugins. Need to add that.
Activate/Deactivate region is in, needs testing.
Left it in for those that want to use shrunken particles for small amounts of water.
Implemented, it looked cool but was not performant.
